I used the same plugs on another civic and they spark when you pull them out and crank the motor over while the spark plug touches the valve cover.

I am trying to start a 94 integra ls and it just cranks over w/o even coming close to starting. I need to know what are some possibilities why there wouldnt be any power going to the plugs?
All fuses are good.

Another idea is this car was in a rear end accident which deployed the air bags. Could there be some sort of shut off switch for the motor? I tried to look for anything obvious but no luck.
