Worst part I have 109Kon it and 9K over the warrantee. This is the second trans the first went in at 24K so 85K on this one. I called Honda to see what they could do about good will. We'll see what happens. Now the fluid was changed at 65K with Honda fluid and I have a cooler on it and drive at 75 all day how does a well designed trans blow from this?

There should be a recall and let them step up to the plate!

Seems you're not TOO far out of warranty, maybe the dealer will do a goodwill warranty repair, otherwise I'd say take it up with Honda. If they know what's good for them, they'll help you out. This is a KNOWN issue, and it would be unfair to deny you a warranty claim if you're not too far out. If you were say...30k miles out, then I might understand. But only 9k? they SHOULD take care of it for you. Good luck though.
