I have been having alternator problems due to my sound system. I dont have much in my car, but apparently it is too much for the car to handle. I have a 97 accord ex coupe. I have an alpine deck...400 watt amp...2 10" kicker subs...and a capacitor. I replaced my alternator in dec and I just had to get another one put in because the sound system killed the alternator. I was wondering if anyone had any alternative solutions so I could power my sound system and the car. I hav read about installing a second alternator in the car....anyone know anything about this?
