I only ran at 2:01 at best before I got the car off track. Ran it no tuneup whatsoever, tokico 5way with grounds controls and weapon-r spring combo setup, no lsd, no rollcage, and my rear brake setup was with just the slotted crossed drilled rotors, and RE730 Potenzas that were 2yrs old but still gripped very nicely. Now with the mods, I probably can pull a 1:57 at best running the sohc. When I ran Laguna, my friend in his mustang with wheels and some suspension couldn't hang on taking the same lines as myself. He got all screwy and had to slow down. There were about 2 sk2s that did 2:13 for their best times... Anyway, I know that my instructor John had given me an awesome teaching for driving the track in his Viper GTS :driving: and that after my first session on the track and then into his viper. Man, the liquids before driving came out after we were done with the first session in his car.. :barf:
