The thing is dude....if the hose was connected you wouldn't see anything. How do you know that what's coming outta the nipple isn't supposed to be going back into your intake?? I can't see your engine running so can't tell what's coming out.......all i do know is that people who put "breathers" on that nipple will get in shit from cops 'cause it's "pollution" you're spewing into our environment.........not emissions legit. I don't even know the history of your engine etc. i can't magically come up with an answer for you on the slim amount of info you provide.
