Power line running on left side of car.
RCA's on right side of car.

They MEET up at the amp rack.
Just so happens the speaker lines for my highs are parallel to the power line when entering the amp rack.

I could just put a gap between them and the noise goes away.
Its just from driving that it gets loose and begins the noise again.

I need something to either wrap the line.
