i need a little help on this.

I wanna get two alpine type r subs but im not too sure what amp i should get and if it will be too power full causing my headlights to dim etc. I dont plan on replacing my alternator unless it has to be replaced.

Should i just get the type s subwoofers? Has anyone had or have heard these?
