I will say that the ECU I am using now is not now nor has it been doing anywhere near its full capable job, so yes it could drop my times that much since full possible useage has not been met
Not trying to be a dick but I will tend to trust my friend who has been doing nothing but wrench work for the last 10+ years and I have seen his work in action and trust his results.
Exactly. Its all in the person doing the tuning. Someone who has no experience in tuning can fuck up even the best stand alone AEM EMS system (like my friend with his h23 turbo who blow 2 motors with the EMS).
THe tuning is all in who does it, sure the AEM EMS is the top of the line, but u can do just as much with someone who knows their stuff, a good ecu and some good programs. My friend was able to drop about 1.5 seconds from his quarter mile from a p28 chip that he could adjust and change through his laptop...so yea it depends a whole lot on who's doing what.

DO you really think u can get any cash from that motor? atleast half of what you invested into it?
