Before I got my scholarship taken away, my University provided me one.

It was a Compaq something, Transmeta Curose (sp?) Processor at 933MHz (Sandra said it was the equiv of like a PII 400MHz) with 512MB of RAM. It was a decent machine, I NEVER used the tablet writing feature as I type 10x faster than I write. I'd never personally own one because no one makes a powerful tablet. If I could find one with a 15" SXGA screen, P-M processor and decent ATi or nVidia graphics I'd consider it.
