I have used one before and found it useful for photoshop but the drawback was that the screens aren't pressure sensitive so I went back to a Wacom pad to work on it.

For everything else I pretty much used it as a laptop. I had it for two days and aside from the novelty I personally couldn't justify the cost unless I was using it for inventory or for presentations.
