best way to remove it that i thought was easy was, i used a blow torched, torched the center pin and the outer sides to loosen it up, then my friend took a big flathead screwdriver and hammered it. it started peeling it away from the metal sleeve. took us 45min one side, pick up the pace and the other side came out in 30 min. afterwards, we used a metal wire brush attached to a cordless drill and clean all the residue off. grease up the new es ones and push it in by hand. :thumbup:
