The tranny warranty goes for 00's and 01's only, so if you're out of that year range, you're out of luck. The tranny issue is completely over exhaggerated with only 3% of cars carrying that model being defective. That not only covers Accord, but the Odyssey, 3.2TL, and 3.2CL. Also, you will void your warranty only if the modification you make is proven to cause the defect. Adding an intake or exhaust will not cause the transmission to fail. Adding a transmission oil cooler or something along those lines will.

The V6 has noticable power when going from 40 to 80. The mid to high powerband is terrific for highway driving.

When looking at trim levels, the EX is the way to go. With the EX you get all power options along with leather, moonroof, and 16in alloy rims.
