So, oddly, I have to interview a couple of people who are applying to be my supervisor. I thought that normally the boss 2 levels up would be interviewing the boss 1 level up, but I guess they want my feedback. I just found this out and I'm supposed to meet with the first candidate on Monday afternoon. Here's the job posting from our website:

How do you interview someone who could be your future boss? What are some good questions to ask? I'll have a couple of my coworkers there as well, so I'm not going to have to run this whole interview by myself, but I'd like to sound intelligent and knowledgeable for a change.
