Only RWD cars can drift, it isn't drifting when you whip your tail out. Drifting is continuing your turn vector by spinning your rear wheels and letting the car's rear end drag out away from the turn, (like what happens when taking a turn in the snow), and steering the front wheels toward the direction of the road. Hard to explain for me for some reason, but it's lost it's meaning since ricers.
