Bun bo hue is not a soup, you just pour the sweet fish sauce over the vermacelli.
Both are delicious. But I usually do it like this: winter->pho, summer->bun.
i dont know wtf it was called. it came with blood rectangles, sliced beef, and what looked like a hamhock. it was also served with shredded cabbage instead of the traditional bean sprouts
