In fact, I just had bun (the dry one) with spring rolls for lunch today.

BTW, I love those rice noodle rolls with bits of ground pork, mushrooms, and crispy onions with the fish sauce over it. I dunno what it's called. But I love to eat it. Same with the $1 sandwiches.

There are insane amounts of Pho restaurants here. I usually go to Pho 75. Ironically enough, they are a mini chain and there is one near my old house back in Maryland. I usually get soft tendon and flank
