Are you sure? I've had the spicy hot oil pho soup which is hella good and often served with the blood patty.

Bun bo hue is not a soup, you just pour the sweet fish sauce over the vermacelli.

Both are delicious. But I usually do it like this: winter->pho, summer->bun.
