If smog legality is a concern, I'd go with the GReddy kits.
If smog won't be an issue, the DRAG kits are decent as well.
The playing field is nearly level, because GReddy is completing the CARB certification process to legalize their smaller (Type 23) intercooler.
BTW..are we talking B18C*, or B18B?
Out of the box with a healthy motor on 91 octane, expect an additional 55 to 70hp.
