How loud is the clicking? I know that using fuel with a lower than recommended octane level can cause some minor clicking... but integras use regular so you would've had to have gotten some crap gas... but your problem doesn't sound like that, because it only does it at certain times... try to make some more observations and give more info.

I'm picturing the boat engine in Jaws when the black smoke is pouring out of the hatch... is it that bad or just minor?
