The fill bolt is above the drain bolt. Fill it with the tire off. Use a fluid transfer pump. On my 96 Accord this is what I did. Take off front passenger tire. Drain oild fluid out. Put blot with new washer on. Take fill bolt off stick the fluid transfer pump hose in the fill hole and the other hose into the qt. of MTF. Pump away. Did the same with the 2nd qt. It started "spilling" out of the fill hole I stopped ( 2qts. of MTF just as the Honda Service manual said). Replace washer and screw down fill bolt. Put tire back on. Got into car went through the gears. Started the car. Went through the gears.
Went for test drive, checked for leaks.
Go to AZ and get a Fluild Transfer pump, they are 10 bucks. Its pretty self-explanitory and easy to use.

Takes 20 mins.
GOOD LUCK!!!
