Default 105,000 mile service

My service manual says that I should have the cars timing belt changed and have the water pump checked. Called the dealership that I bought it from last year just to get an idea of what they recommend and charge for this 105k service. The guy was going on about checking the cam shaft, replacing the water pump, replacing the timing belt along with every other belt and on and on. Totaling 500-700 dollars. Obviously I am going to take it to a certified mechanic not the dealership but what should I honestly look and expect to replace? The vehicle has driven perfect since I have owned it at 93K. Thank you.
