So this is my second attempt and it turned out incredible! The first time I tried making it, I had some issues with the quantity...some rolls had way to much content and others where perfectly bitesize. The other problem I had was cutting the veggies a bit too thick which caused a bit of inconsitency in the presentation - still tasted f'n good though

This time around, I tried sushi quality tuna vs just veg's. I also made sure to cut consitent and perfectly sized matchstick shaped veggies. My only issue now is centering everything in the middle of the rice. Over all, my cutting rocks and tuna is yum! My gf thanked me...a few times :naughty: for a wonderful din...can't wait to try it again. I'm gonna try having the rice on the outside of the roll vs all on the inside and I may try another fish.
