With a big enough turbo and a rebuilt engine to handle the boost, you will hit 12s for a lot less work and money than going N/A. I run 8 psi daily and hit high 13's, low 14's and I am still running stock internals with 140k on the odometer.

For boost you need stronger con rods, lower compression pistons, and most importantly, upgraded fueling and fuel management. A standalone ECU is the best option you can go with, so make sure you have enough money left over for the installation and tuning of either a Hondata system or Uberdata if you do it yourself.
