If your pads are in good shape, go ahead and bleed your lines. Depending on the age of your car and what maintenance you do or have had done, you may look to replace the brake fluid with some OEM Honda fluid.

Fluid absorbs water over time and this can cause "mushy" brakes too. Bleed and replace the fluid before you get into replacing major parts, etc.
