i dont remember exactly what to do, but its something to do with wiring the high beam relay to the low beam relay. if you check out cbrworld, and search, you should find it.
theres a few problems with this though. youmay be able to do a h4 conversion if you want a low and high beam, but that may not even work with what you have to do to the relays. also, im not sure about the rr, but with the f4i, the reflector lense is different for the low and high beam. so even if you do get the job done, the lights are going to be different because the lenses are different. hope this helps.
