you can make russian roulette safer by using less bulelts or a revolver that holds more rounds...
the reason alot of street races happens is just because there are not enough tracks... ie... make a track, sell the product to street racers, they wsill be more happy racing at the track anyway.. they get a time slip that they can throw in anyo0ne's face.
