I dont have 18" rims on my accord that I dont own, but you definately are going to need low profile tires. You are most likely looking at 205/40/18, or 215/40/18, depending on how wide your rim is. I would think you cant go wrong with the 215's unless you have a pretty wide rim, but Im not positive. I dont think its a complete sin to buy used tires, as long as you can see pics of them to make sure they dont have camber wear and are in good condition. That pretty much goes for most things used, just make sure its in good condition and dont get ripped off. Here are some places where you can get your tires new:
