1. Do you have 18" rims on a 96 accord. If so where do you buy tires.
2. What size tires do I need for my 18" rims.
3. Is it a complete sin to buy used low profiles.
4. Do any of you have some low profiles for sale.
I dont have 18" rims on my accord that I dont own, but you definately are going to need low profile tires. You are most likely looking at 205/40/18, or 215/40/18, depending on how wide your rim is. I would think you cant go wrong with the 215's unless you have a pretty wide rim, but Im not positive. I dont think its a complete sin to buy used tires, as long as you can see pics of them to make sure they dont have camber wear and are in good condition. That pretty much goes for most things used, just make sure its in good condition and dont get ripped off. Here are some places where you can get your tires new:

www.tirerack.com
www.tires.com
www.wheelguyz.com
www.wheelmax.com

im pretty happy with my local "america's tire" ("discount tire" in some places). relatively cheap, but not as cheap as tirerack. i just like the convenience of buying, mounting and balancing all in one place.

the kumho 712's are pretty good for the price. i have about 25k miles on mine and it's about halfway through its threadlife.

Online is the best place to order will usually take about 2 days to get to your house . I been pleased with online service and delivery.
