Unless the Honda dealer does NOT have a good BBB rating-they are pretty good at what they will do for you. Honda does oversee dealerships that have poor histories and withdraws the franchise. I am sure that there are those that will disagree with me for one reason or another. However-this particular service is best done using the Honda approved equipment. Here in my area we have several dealers and it is my selling shop that I go to-they know me and you can literally eat off the floor. I don't know about Cali-but we also have a program thru AAA that certifies shops-that too is a good way to decide who should work on your car. Just my 2 cents and ##years of car ownership. BTW: The average price for the full flush is ~$100.
