They drag when I spin the wheel. I have adjusted them 3 times since I did them so they stay so that they have some drag. So I pull it up and then tighten it? I'll try that, but I was pulling the handle up and it felt like it was fine, it took force to pull it up but it wasn't making the brake engage. How much resistance should there be when I turn the wheels? It worked fine before I did the shoes.
