hmm... I don't think I ever even took a look at my stock exhaust, so I can't say how it was. I could hear it leaking everywhere when I bought the car, so I just changed it all. I guess you can go and find the gasket at an auto parts store. Good luck with the rusted bolts though. If anything you might have to get an exhaust shop to just cut that part out and weld in a little piece of pipe instead.
