I can sympathize with you guys who are talking about the bait and switch tactic. When i was looking for a car i went to a town about 1 hr away to check out a few cars that i was interested in, and of course they did not have them. however, the sales people did not try to waste my time by trying to get me to look at something i wasnt interested in, which was good, but i still wasted my time with them. it has happened to me too much so i say :airon: to them most of the time. anothor time i called about one car and asked the guy if there was anything wrong with it and he said nothing, and when i actually looked at it the damn thing was totalled! bunch of liars. there are a few gems out there. i got my 96 LS with 58k miles and a clear carfax for good price at a small local dealer, but it seems i had to look forever for that deal. you can find the good deals, but you have to be prepared to spend a lot of time looking. i prefer private sellers. you can usually get the a better deal that way.
