Nihon, is on the cutting edge of "green" and emissons they only make 5.4% of the worlds emissions as a car manufacturing country as compared to the U.S. which makes 24%. the U.S. failed to participate in the Kyoto Green talks 2 years ago, reasons uncertain, ask George, maybe its because even the smallest USDM car barely competes with the largest displacement JDM car with emissions levels. too embarrassing for the US to even attend...
