I have asked around through IM's what a good inexpensive general purpose wheel/tire setup for my type of vehicle, and all I get is "you should get compound-R's on 700.00 each wheels," but I dont have that type of money to toss around(I wish I did though). For mostly dry conditions with occasional showers(SoCal), which wheel/tire combination will suit me the best for mostly street but the occassional track stint. I have read some articals, most of the articles said it handling improvements where based off the suspension setup, the suspension work is going to be very moderate with a 1" drop(Tein Basic Dampeners).
