The kit you posted a link to is somewhat complete. The only things you would need are BOV, intercooler, and an upgraded fuel management system. The one they supply will work fine for the preset boost of 7.8 psi but if you go any more than that, you need to upgrade. I have that kit on my car and it is alright. The only reason I picked that one over the others out there is the smog legality. If you don't have to deal with that, go with a kit that offers a bigger turbo with more HP capability.
