stock Honda ECU would you drop into a '00 EX that would be worth his while? You didn't offer any suggestions. I'm working off the premise that this guy wants a direct plug in for a decent price, no custom burnt chips, Hondatas, Haltechs, etc. Hell, he doesn't even know what a chip does.
