Just to clarify (or confuse) the matter, I'll add some info. Mr Chad rightly pointed out that 98-02 European Accords were built in the UK. It's not Swindell, however, it's Swindon. At that time in the UK, they had Accord coupes, but these were the same as the american version, and were built in the US.
I think the newest European Accords, which have the same shape as JDM Accords and similar shape to Acura TSX, are also built in Swindon for Europe, although I doubt that JDM Accords and TSX are built and exported. I know 3/5-door Civic hatchbacks are built there and are exported back to Japan. The equivalent in the US is the Civic Si (3-door hatch). I have a feeling these are also built in Swindon, but I can't be sure.
Another point. JDM Honda Inspires and US Accords are on the same platform, while JDM Honda Accords (identical to European Accords) and Acura TSXs share one. However, interiors of JDM Inspires and TSXs seem unique, while JDM/Euro Accords and the US Accords seem to share a common theme. Very confusing, indeed.
