If you have fuel spark and compression but your engine won't start your still dousing your pistons and plugs with fuel as your car tries to start, if it doesn't start within a few tries you've probably flooded the engine. Double check firing order and all your grounds. Is you engine cranking slowly? Try cranking the motor by hand, if it is hard to turn it could be a seized water pump (not the first time i've seen this).
