To answer your question it isn't a good idea to burnout when you're on a budget. Not only are you deteriorating your tires you are also prematurely wearing out vital parts of your engine. Axles may snap, boots may leak, a lot of parts will age quickly with harsh burnouts.
If all you have are all season tires and mere 140hp then burning out will gain out little to no advantage.
