yes the screws can be removed try soaking them with wd-40 then use a center punch to try to brake the screws loose by hitting the punch with the hammer put the punch at an angle and try to make the screw turn counter clock wise. Or you could just drill off the heads of the screws, they are only there to hold the rotor in place when the wheel is off, you dont need them,or just go to Sears and get a stripped screw removeal tool kit.
