H22a man... cause once you get the turbo in ur F22b1 thats it, your motor is maxed out pretty much. plus turbo's require alot of maintenance from what i hear. i would go with an H22a cause that way you got the speed, and you can still later on get a turbo and get more power out of it that you could ever get out of ur SOHC
