F22 is probably a better way to go. The debate is endless, but with an H22 you basically have a go cart. It has a good amount of power and not a ton of torque (161). With an install this will run you close to 3000 dollars. For the same price you could have head work done, and turbo an F22 to make slightly more power then the H22. In addition, the F22 will have a lot more torque then the H22. In a race, its not all about horsepower. A honda with 50 hp more then another will NOT essentially be faster. The more torque car (less hp) will pull away in first, and keep its lead down the track. Plus H22s are more expensive to build up properly. In addition, if you blow an f22 you can shell out under a grand to get a new one. F22 build ups may not be the current fad, but its a great way to achieve a 200-300 hp daily driver that will smoke the H22 accords out there for a fraction of the price. I was having an h22 build, but have decided to go back and build and turbo the f22.
