Well this post if gonna make me look like some drifting fanboy, but for the record, I'm not. I think it's dumb, and on that note....

Ass-dragging != drifting

If you call what that civic is doing drifting then tray-sliding is the mother of everything drift

IMO even oversteer isn't necessarily considered drifting. It's just a limit of the drivetrain, FWD can't drift. Who cares, drifting is dumb anyways. I have this one friend constantly telling me about "drifting" in his FWD Corsica. Did it oversteer, sure, was it drifting, no.
