the b swap is by far the easiest in that generation, and i believe there are people that have.. but it is a messy job and usualy not worth the effort and time it will take
do a b18b and boost... or even b18c and boost for the price you're looking to install it
(if i remember correctly what it will take to install an h/f series into an EF)
