yeah if you eat healthier cereal for breakfast, you'll lose weight. i didn't use to eat breakfast at all, then when i moved into my apartment i would have cereal. in two weeks i lost three pounds.
then when i started classes i'd skip breakfast or have waffles, and i gained that weight right back

lol But i'm sure its different for women. Since women can gain between 5-10 lbs and lose them easily right? like maybe not that much but their weight can change easily as compared to a guy i think.
