yeah if you eat healthier cereal for breakfast, you'll lose weight. i didn't use to eat breakfast at all, then when i moved into my apartment i would have cereal. in two weeks i lost three pounds.

then when i started classes i'd skip breakfast or have waffles, and i gained that weight right back h:
