Just don'tbe a push over like they're used to.
Demand that you get another adjuster or just tell them you're getting your own quote, faxing them a copy of it and having the bodyshop bill them.

Just be sure to be very clear that any damage on your car, you are asking for a 100% complete replacement.
If you replace it or not (and can get them to cut YOU a check rather than your insurance or bodyshop, that's ideal) and repair it isntead is entirely up to you.

They are by law supposed to pay for a like-it-was-before fix. Which, well, probably doesnt include being repaired =]
