get an ACT kit, thats what i got, changed it once already and the disc i changed (first ACT i bought 60k miles ago had PLENTY of meat left on it) and trust me i beat the piss out of my car. Only reason i changed it was because i pulled my motor to change my tranny, decided to change my t-belt while it was out (since it takes 20 mins with the engine on a skid) and also changed the clutch (might as well since i was changing the tranny).
Anyway yea like i said after 60k miles of PURE BEATING, the ACT disc had at least 50% friction material left on it, i was very impressed and thats why i bought from them again.
Just make sure you change or at least resurface your flywheel, otherwise ur gonna feel clutch chatter when shifting hard or when it heats up like in traffic.
