Default help, integra has a weird starting problem

I have a 95 LS 5 speed integra. I just put a brand new starter on it when I put my new tranny in. The last time I put a clutch and a flywheel it did the same thing. This time it didnt fix it self though. My problem is that I turn the key and the car wont start. I can jump the car using a wire off the starter terminal to the battery. I put my clutch relay in my friends car and his started right up. I pushed the wires around under the column to try to see if it was a loose wire, and I could possibly get it to work like that. That didnt work. So I got a wire from the key switch where it says start or whatever and held it there to the starter, turned the key and it started. I was pretty much just bypassing the clutch saftey switch. I checked the starter fuse (7.5 under the column). So that elimininates it being the starter, relay, fuse, and the key switch. Then I put a wire from the clutch saftey switch and just made a circuit out of it. Still no start. I cant figure it out. Sorry that was pretty long. Anyone got any ideas?
