It can, but it is not designed as a one-size-fits-all product, some cars will be interchangable, but not all. If you look at their website, there is a picture of several of the sizes they sell.

Moreover, you install one set on the car and leave them on, it would be kind of like asking can you use one set of spark plugs on multiple cars. Sure you can do it, but it sure wouldn't make sense.
